Hi, I've been on AIP/FODMAPS/GAPS for about 2 months now and while I feel great, I've lost so much weight that I'm too embarrassed to wear trousers, EVERYONE comments on how thin I am. I eat as much coconut, olive, avocado and meat fat as I can. I eat pumpkin, swedes and turnips every day, I have fermented fish oil everyday. What else do I do? I'm a stick.

Definitely read Sarah's article as a starting point. Make sure you're eating enough calories-they still count! Enter your meals into a food tracker for a few days to make sure you're getting enough calories and carbs. Also, check out the other thread on weight gain strategies.

ANother thing to consider is looking in to gaining muscle mass - that will bring your weight up, and it will make you look better... maybe up your protein intake a bit and look at doing a bit of gentle weight bearing exercise.
