I've been making a modified version of this one: www.mynewroots.org/site/2014/01/gold-rush-soup-chickpea-croutons/I use bone broth instead of vegetable, roast the garlic in its skin, and (of course) skip the croutons and black pepper. It's basically heaven. If you have non-AIP family or friends, the croutons can be adapted with pumpkin seeds.

I do a lot of "clean out the fridge" soup recipes - any veg that needs to be used up, plus some onion, simmered in bone broth then pureed. they are different every time as they are based on what needs using up and is in the fridge

I love Mickey's magic chili that bronte posted, except I DID add the cinnamon and thought it was amazing! I also made her other "chili" with carrots and sweet potaotes; also yummy (both are on her website) I have made her clam chowder from the cookbook twice now; both times I used canned clams and used the juice from the clan, plus clam broth (both made by crown prince). This soup is so good, I actually don't miss regular clam chowder!
The other ones here sound amazing! I think I am going to try that seafood chowder. Mickey has a cream of broccoli soup made with rutabaga that I am going to try as well; I'm thinking this weekend for my batch cooking.
