I just made meatballs and marinara. Within 20minutes my tummy is killing me! Only thing I don't normally use was the canned whole tomatoes... anyone else out there have a problem with canned tomatoes or am I just a weirdo?

No I'm doing AIP...I went and had a full blood panel with some extras done all came back neg then had a food allergy test done all neg!
I have had chronic headaches for as long as i can remember BUT they have gone away since I've been low carbing. Every now and then I'll get a flare up. I have always had pains in my gut but always thought it was girly problems and since I've been researching paleo I wonder!
I eat tomatoes almost everyday, mostly fresh.I dont do a lot of canned.
What I really feel like doing is something drastic! Juice for a week or whatever to purge my body.
Big sigh!

hello Tamar and Missmariah similar experience here, different fooditems. To be honest after 3,5 months on AIP I find this the hardest: re-introducing. I thought I got over the hard part getting sorted and started with AIP, this re-introducing is quite painful and debilitating. ...eg less than 1/2 teaspoon of palmsugar yesterday evening and I am wrecked......why did I try that?? .....And there have been more of these stupid occasions..... and yes the Paleo Approach warns that you feel sick.....but pffffff........I just need to a whinge and a moan.......... Well at least I know now what my digestive system suffered all these years. But.... is it really going to get better? Good luck anyway to you Missmariah! I hope you feel better by now. And Tamar if you have some good advice, thank you. Best regards Monique

one day later and......it's "turn around day" wauw....did some soul and body searching......guess what: timing of my meals is important: I need to go into the night with near empty intestines. Found this out after having -again- severe bouts of "eau de Colon" at the end of the day but sleeping like a rose the same night. It's an experiment but last night is a winner. I am going to re-introduce in the mornings as well, that way my belly has all day to get rid of it if it doesn't agree and hopefully at night I can at least sleep.
