I was told to take tumeric to bring my antibodies down. I also added reservatrol, as they are synergystic. I also take selenium, 200mcg, along with kelp.

I take selenium, magnesium (two types), fish oil, a good B complex vitamin, Vit D3, and some others not specifically for Hashi's, but general health .

I did not actually test it, but I don't use iodized salt at all, and only eat sea veggies sometimes. So I would be shocked if my levels weren't low otherwise.

Chris Kresser (www.chriskresser.com) has a great e-book all about thyroid issues. He addresses selenium/iodine and covers the subject very well.

If you'd like more information about supplements The Paleo Approach has some good information in Chapter 8. Some other resources are Why Do I Still Have Thyroid Symptoms? by Dr. Datis Kharrazian and Hashimoto's Thyroiditis: Lifestyle Interventions for Finding and Treating the Root Cause by Izabella Wentz.
