Whether you call North Carolina home like I do (my adopted home state) or you are simply planning a visit, I thought it'd be helpful to start a thread sharing paleo-friendly resources and locations in the Tarheel State.
Note: this is generic paleo-friendly, those of us still in the stages of the Autoimmune Protocol will likely have a few more challenges and modifications to consider while eating out.
