Check out primaldocs or paleophysiciansnetwork for alternative practitioners. If you see a paleo friendly doctor or dietitian, they can often take insurance, saving you money for completely out of pocket nutrition help.

I would say go AIP for a while then try reintroducing the foods he is recommending. 1 food reintroduction then wait 3 days. Your body will tell you if you have a problem with it. Good luck.

Hi, I'm currently about to see an energetic kinesiologist (different to applied) as I've heard great stories about immune problems. As it can be related to emotional stress, apparently it can help. As for science based evidence, I don't think science can measure energy / fields / qi / etc, so it's hard to quantify. Having said that, I'm seeing both a nutritional GP and alternative therapies Thank you. He is using applied kinesiology to test my muscles and test for nutrition. The results aren't validated scientifically according to that article. I don't have any other doctor who will try to help without just giving me pain pills, so I will stick with him for now.
