I had the opposite reaction. My TSH went from an uncontrolled 9.8 to 1.9 in 2 months. My endocrine recently changed my meds to tirosint which took my tsh from 1.9 to .032 in three weeks. Tirosint is a gel based capsule that is better absorbed and allergen free. I found that even though I had success with the initial AIP, I was still introducing allergens with my medication. maybe you are reacting to your medicine. I know a lot of thyroid medications use lactose as a binder

elthunder1990, how are you doing now? I'm still struggling a little. I changed my medication - I'm now taking Synthroid before bed and Cytomel 3 times a day. Every time I make change it seems to help for a little while, and then I get the heart palpitations again. Keeping my starches up seems to help.

Tirosint...I have never heard of that. I will need to look that up. Thanks for sharing.
