Not in Manchester but this helped me to find grass-fed and pastured meats www.primalbritain.co.uk/paleo-directory/. I usually shop at sainsburys because they have a lot of organic options for a supermarket. Otherwise I find a local market. Real foods is also a good option for things like coconut oil etc. if you have one nearby. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I get my grass-fed meat from either Paleo Wales: www.paleowales.co.uk or Muscle Meat UK - www.muscle-meat.co.uk - I've found the quality to be great with both, and they deliver. As e3 said, Sainsbury's is usually good for fruit and veggies, but I also use Waitrose if I'm about that way, or Ocado. I get my coconut butter and coconut oil from Ocado, which I find to be the best value.

For people in north London, I strongly recommend Farm Direct - www.farm-direct.com. They have a great selection of organic vegetables, ferments, and grassfed meat, available for pick up or delivery. I love that they offer beef bones, organ meats, fish and chicken carcasses, etc - they're a great resource.

I get weekly veg boxes from Riverford. The veg changes every week, and they are kind enough to replace the nightshades if I call and ask. I've gotten meat from them as well, but I think some is finished with grain. They're happy to check with the farmer for you if it doesn't say on the website. www.greenpasturefarms.co.uk is another great meat source.

I find www.devonrose.com/ to be amazing for all my meaty needs..plus their nitrate free bacon is just pure bacon, salt and tiny bit of beetroot

Just wanted to add to this thread in case anyone is using it for information - I recently tried out Well Hung Meat for grassed, organic meats and found them really good - I buy a monthly meat box (which feeds my husband, myself and our two young girls) for £130 - we also eat quite a bit of fish which we buy elsewhere. You can get extras too, just add them to your basket. They also send free bones for stock, free offal (usually liver) and free mince for your dog. I just wanted to chip in and suggest them - I've spoken with them on the phone a few times too and found them really helpful. www.wellhungmeat.com I bought some lamb hearts from them this month, going to try them this week

Joromero, did you have to ask wellhungmeat to send you the free offal/bones/dog mince?? Or did they just do it?? Sounds perfect for our family!
