Hi. I've been trying many diets over the last six years to improve health. Basically my health crashed 6 years ago with addisons disease. Sorgens and nerve damage in pelvis leading to a spinal nueromodulator implant in my back and regular trips for botox injections in my bladder. Any how enough of the why.... It's more of the how I need to know. I mean how to keep it consistent. The a.i.p has been the best thing I've tried and had a small reduction in symptoms over 4 weeks I was on it. BUT... Then what always seems to happen...... Appetite crashes I can barely eat or drink. Lots of other unpleasant symptoms return... Like going into addisons coma!.my questions are about keeping consistency and maybe make.things simpler. believe me I put my all into the diet and follow it well... Really enjoy the food and eating new stuf like plantains.. Liver etc.. I wonder if I begin to worry to much about the sciency bit.. You know am I balancing omegas... Enough veg.. Variation. Unfortunately Ive just had a week not eating well and feeling it.... Ultimately I'm so weary of having to pick self up.. Get back to batch cooking... Planning meals and all the food shopping. Any suggestions for the simple a.i.p version!? Hopefully Anna
