Hi all, I am Christie...I was diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis a few years ago, and started on Methotrexate. It worked well...lately my flares have been a bit more, so I looked into other options and found the AIP. I started on April 3rd, and greatly reduced my Ibuprofen intake, as well as went down on my methotrexate dose...eating has been spot on. I went for my labs for my liver and my ALT usually hovers around 15-20...I just got my test back and it is 76! How the heck can that be??? Anyone have any ideas or thoughts? I do have an email into my doctor...we recieve our test results via automated email and she is not in until Monday. Just some background...I do not drink, smoke, yes overweight (started AIP at 198 and now almost 30 days in I am down 14 pounds.)
