I've just started the AIP diet and I'm wondering if it is safe to take Osteo Bi-Flex for my arthritic knee. The product has Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM and 5-Loxin in it.
I don't have any allergy to shell fish. I don't have any diagnosed autoimune disease but have chronic inflammation in the stomach and small bowel, tested positive glutten sensitivity and cross reactivity with a few foods (Cyrex Labs) and probable IBS and intestinal permeability.
