Hi I have done W30 for two plus months and found some great changes, slept better, losing fat but not weight - didn't matter my clothes fit better. Then I started gaining weight and clothes were a bit more snug. I switched to AIP and hit a major wall of depression, increased acid production to the point my face was even scalded. Constant acidic stomach and poor sleep. All I did was eliminate eggs, green beans, and coffee. Any suggestions? I have just received my copy of the book so have been reading it.
M1 generally consists of: porkmince with liver, onions, beetroot, carrot as a pattie, extra vegetables, broccoli, cauli (coconut oil)and usually a cup of bone broth
M2 most often, raw salad with mixture of cabbage, kale, celery, etc either samlon, or beef for protein, often avocado, olives and sliced pear
M3 most often salmon, beef or pork with vegetables, cauli and broccoli and coconut oil if needed
I try to drink enough fluid during the day but could be better with that. My exercise is stationary bike riding but only a small amount, walking and stretching. I try to move every hour for a few minutes but not always successful with that. I work from home so am on the computer a great deal. I have now included coconut yogurt and today will make some sauerkraut (my husband eats it daily but I am reluctant to do so)
I really want to lose weight and am finally getting the idea that this is going to take more time than I would like but am prepared to give it the time it needs--at least that is what I am saying.
