Is sweet potato vermicelli AIP?

Someone said that these are good, but are they AIP? The package says it only has two ingredients (SP starch and water).
I understand that these should not be a staple for everyday consumption since they are not as nutrient dense as the whole food but if they are AIP compliant, they will be helpful when I'm on a time crunch.

These ingredients are AIP-compliant, sounds like they'd be great in a time crunch! I know The Domestic Man has some sweet potato noodle recipes (like Japchae, which is NOT AIP compliant, but maybe you could modify them) and I think they'd be fun to play around with.
