This is a recipe question, but I'm not sure under what category to file it, so mods, please feel free to move this to a more appropriate place.
I've been given seeds for garden cress. I remember it grows fast and easy, but I don't recall seeing any paleo recipes using it as an ingredient. So before I start mass growing it, what can I make with garden cress?

I just add a little in anywhere I want something peppery. It's great mixed into salads, and can be subbed into pesto, chimichurri, and other green sauces for extra bite. I've never used it as a base for a recipe, though. I did once make a smoothie out of upland cress. Don't do that.

LOL
The don'ts are just as important as the do's! So far I found that it will work great in salads, combines good with eggs, chicken, salmon and fennel. The pesto is a good one too.
