I followed AIP about 2 years ago and had great success.
My dd was recently diagnosed with PCOS (Poly-Cystic Ovarian Syndrome). It has been hard to find good information and whether AIP would be the best route for her. Does anyone have any suggestions or know of success with AIP and PCOS. Or perhaps recommend a different protocol? She's 19, works p/t, f/t college student and quite stressed about all this. Thank you in advance.

It would be worth trying in my opinion. Although it's not officially recognized as an autoimmune disorder, I seen articles suggesting that it could be one.
