Hi guys! So, I'm thinking about trying to eat "ecological bacon" (I'm from Sweden I should add), and there are two additives in this bacon, one is E301 and the other is E250So, are those two additives fine to eat or no? And how do I know which additives that are fine to eat and which are not? Thank you!

The sodium ascorbate isn't *horrible*, but I'd avoid anything with nitrites or nitrates (your E250).
Which genius in the EU thought it was a good idea to replace standard chemical names with some anonymous number??? There's NO way I can remember a long list of naughty numbers, compared to remembering which (few) chemical additives are safe to consume in small amounts.
