It depends. One I found online has added sugars, flavorings, preservatives, and even colorings! I would avoid those like the plague! I personally wouldn't buy any type of flavored water. It's very easy to buy a bottle of mineral (sparkling) water and squeeze a bit of lime juice or lemon juice (or both) into it. You could even add some fresh-squeezed orange juice or grapefruit juice to it. Many people make " spa water," which is to add cucumbers and/or berries to regular water to make it more interesting and refreshing. I would try that before buying something with weird ingredients.

You can also get water/tea infuser bottles. That way you can try lots of flavors

Yeah I'll have to look at it again. I remember looking at it thinking there want much in it and thinking how can that even be true. I'm a sceptic!

We make our own flavored water... Just keep a pitcher in the fridge and throw in sliced fruits. A favorite combination is orange slices and frozen strawberries.

I just discovered these Kevita drinks that are really good. The ingredients are different for all the flavors, not all are AIP friendly and they have a little stevia, but I've been mixing maybe 2 ounces of one of those with fresh lemon juice and some sparking water, so it takes me forever to get through one bottle. Any flavored drink from the store is going to be a little questionable, but some are better quality than others and I like Kevita for when water just won't do.

I actually do a lot of lemon or lime in my water. Maybe I will try the fruit waters. I kind of forgot about those while doing low carb!

I might just be the untrusting type when it comes to vague ingredients like "natural essence". Natural means squat I would still just make my own. You can also get a sodastream and make your own flavored carbonated waters.

I personally wouldn't drink that stuff. It's doubtful it's going to make or break your health (unless you have serious health problems where everything adds up) but it's just so easy to avoid that I'd skip it.

I've gotten so used to drinking plain water that it's almost unusual for me to drink anything else. A bit of lime or lemon juice can help, though. Have you looked into maybe making your own kombucha or kefir?

I keep mason jars in the fridge with lemon water and/or with herbal teas. I just make up several every few days so that when I need that "something special", I have it and it's cold! Sometimes I add an oz of cherry juice to the lemon water for an extra treat, like cherry lemonade. It really is all so refreshing to me. If I need something more, I add a dash of stevia by NuNaturals. It is pure stevia extract, no fillers.

I juice a ton and lemons and grate a bunch of ginger and make ice cubes out of it. That really freshens up cold water, or warm water. I also toss it in foods I am cooking (nice add for some broth!) and will thaw out and mix with coconut butter and ghee as well for either a nosh or for tossing in something that I have cooked as well (like lemon ginger shrimp and veg!). Anyway, just wanted to throw out that the lemon ginger cubes can go a long way for many things and last a long time if you keep them frozen!
