I have been using my "Paderno World Cuisine Tri-Blade Plastic Spiral Vegetable Slicer" that I got on Amazon for over a year now. It is hands down one of the coolest kitchen inventions. I use it to spiral zucchini into "pasta", for making "nests" out of sweet potato and carrots and many other veggies and fruits into spirals, shreds, etc.
If you don't have one, I highly recommend you get one (and no, I don't get a kickback if you buy one).
Reply here if you have one and what your favorite uses are!

Because of my crazy love for my veggie spiralizer, most of my friends have now ordered them and I've had the opportunity to see and compare most brands. Honestly, I think they're all the same! Because of this, I think it makes the most sense to buy the cheapest one at the time. I have the paderno, but my neighbor, for example, has this one and it's totally, positively, exactly the same. $24. amzn.to/1dXce1d

I use my spiralizer a couple of times a week. My picky 10-year-old will go back for seconds of zucchini noodles.

I love playing with my food and the spiralizer lets me do that! So much fun with delicious results, too! Isn't zoodles a great name for fun food?

I didn't know it can also shred cabbage... For now I'm not convinced I need to make room for it but I'm keeping an open mind

I've never seen that version before. If you don't love it, try the World Cuisine one. It is plastic (wish it was metal), but it seems to do the trick and I like that it suctions to the counter while using it.

I bought one of those hand held spiral inert. ... DONT DO IT, They stink. Lol. It is too difficult and quality of noodles aren't right. I just ordered this. Westmark Germany Europe's #1 Best Seller 3-in-1 Fruit and Vegetable Slicer Produces Spiral Cuts, Shoestrings and Vegetable Noodles For Stir-Fries and Salads 2 Year Warranty amzn.com/B003TO4EJ2I can't wait to get it! I love my mandoline as well but this is going to be really nice to use this summer in salads and chip making. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
