I have Sjogrens, Fibromyalgia, reflux, IBS and many MS type neurological problems.
However, Since 1984, I have had interstitial cystitis. If anyone out there has had success with AIP for the bladder pain, spasms and frequent voiding at night, please respond positively. I don't need to read negative reviews.
The last time I remember sleeping through the night without voiding 5 - 60 times a night was October 1984. Chronic Fatigue and sleepless nights from this disease has bumped my autoimmune condition to where it is today. I was hoping Paleo was the answer.
I have been strict Paleo for 2.5 years, and now I'm hoping AIP will bring this into remission.
Thanks.

I think you are on the right track. I don't have any of these conditions but there are those here that do and have seen improvement in these areas. The interstitial cystitis I don't know about either but surely it won't hurt to try AIP. It is hard at first but with the hope of healing it sure is worth it. Do try AIP! Good luck!

I believe that I had the starting symptoms of IC and following the AIP diet has helped to reduce my bladder inflammation and incontinence. Like you, I did Paleo for a while but it didn't have the positive impact that AIP has. I hope you have the best of luck!!!
