Good info, thanks! We eat a lot of fish, but I always think that I should be taking a supplement too. I hear frequently about the horrid taste, so I'm scared! Are the capsules as beneficial as the oil? I have a feeling my almost two year old won't go for the oil; we have another brand that we are using up which I don't mind at all, (orange flavor) and she doesn't like it.

From what I've heard, the capsules work the same as the oil-but they're more expensive. And, many of the Paleo researchers/bloggers have found their young children LOVE taking FCLO So you might be surprised.

I get the mint flavored FCLO, and it's my favorite flavor. The cinnamon FCLO/BO blend is good, but I don't like the cinnamon FCLO (too strong for my taste).

I take Carlsons Lemon flavored FCLO. I haven't tried any other brand and likely won't. The Carlsons is really good - no fishy flavor at all. The lemon is a bit like lemon drop candy. My three little ones asked to try it and they seriously love it.

I finally got my bottle (Green Pastures Unflavored FCLO/Butter Oil Blend) and I was surprised to find I *almost* like the flavor. Just tastes like really strong fish. Maybe I just need to eat more fish
