I have one daughter, who is almost 11 months old. I'm still relatively new to paleo (started AIP in November), and am trying to decide what to do with my daughter. She does eat oatmeal and rice, but other than that is paleo so far. I'm uncertain about whether to introduce dairy, and at this point want to avoid gluten indefinitely. I'm considering telling people that she can't have gluten or has a gluten allergy. As she gets older it's going to be harder to stop people from giving her processed foods and gluten.
My husband is very supportive of my diet changes, and I pretty much cook AIP for us, occasionally adding some rice or gluten-free noodles for him. He has oatmeal for breakfast, but always eats veggies and meat or eggs, too, since I've started AIP. (He's one of those guys that needs to eat a lot.)He never brings junk into the home. So grateful!

I have 2 boys, 7 and 5. My seven year old reacts to wheat, barley, rye and cow dairy, so both eat a mostly primal diet. My husband happily eats our paleo meals but has a secret stash of bread and beer in the house. I hide the bread from the kids. I am paleo + (transitioning to AIP but struggling some days). My kids are happy eating primal mostly although they occasionally eat a gf product instead. Lunches are tricky sometimes as my eldest is picky. Paleo baking (kept in the freezer) helps a lot with lunches though since I always have things to toss in their lunches.

I have 2 kids with a new pregnancy as well. My kids are 5 and 2 both are paleo with some rice and a little but of nuts here and there but not often. My husband is not paleo but will eat Paleo meals with us and sometimes adds amendments to the for himself.

I have a 5 year old gorgeous super bright little girl who I would love to get off gluten (she LOVES bread!). She eats tons of raw veg and fruit, but we have to try really hard to get her to eat animal protein. Am dreaming of having another pregnancy but do not feel well enough yet. Hopefully my dream will come true. pg

I have three kids. My son is 8, and my daughters are 6 and 3. We were all pretty much paleo for the second half of last year (except my husband), but fell off around Christmas. I'm slowly getting us all there again. We are dealing with a lot of allergies and other health/medical issues, so it makes it challenging!! But we can do it .

7, 12, and 16. The older girls are paleo, but my youngest (a boy) hates meat and vegetables. He essentially eats fruit and bread products. I have turned to baking so I can at least ensure I know what goes into his food. I also make fruit smoothies every day with greens tucked in so he gets some liquid veg.

So far just one, a 9 month old girl. Right now I'm trying to figure out what to give her when I stop breast feeding. She is a good eater so far though and my husband is on board with raising her Paleo, even though he's only paleo when he eats what I cook.

My daughter is 18 months old. She eats paleo most of the time. We go back and forth with raw milk and yogurt.
