Thanks! I'm in The Netherlands though, and I don't even have rabbits. My sister does, that's how I know about their love for dandelions. Besides, I live in an apartment, I do some balcony gardening, but I don't have enough room for growing all of that. And I'd love to have some chickens, but for now, it'll just be me and my disabled cat sharing the apartment.

About how big and do you still have the seed packet? Depending on the variety the heads might not get very big. Read about the variety and you should be able to find out when to harvest based on the size of the cauliflower head.

I bought plants but I don't remember a label these are just a little bigger than a quarter so maybe I should watch them a while? I have seedlings too hope they do better

You have time then, I think most varieties of cauliflower will get bigger than the current size. Give them another few weeks and see how big they get! Let me know how it goes.

Has anyone ever tried Square Foot Gardening? I am a horrible gardener...just don't have a knack for it and I found a book about Square Foot Gardening. I have had some success with zucchini, squash and tomatoes and a few herbs. Still trying to learn as much as I can about it, but it is slow going.

I have not tried square foot gardening but know folks that have and have had success with it.

The best advice I have is to just try and keep trying. You learn something new every year. And every year your harvest will be different. :-)
